Returns and Refund Policy

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order once you receive it and contact us at info@theaustralianplantshop.com.au within five days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right, either with a replacement or a refund. Please include a brief description along with photographs in your email.

Change of mind:
Unfortunately, as plants are perishable goods, they cannot be returned due to a change of mind. If you make a mistake with your order or change your mind before we pick out the plants for delivery, we may be able to accommodate your requests. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific order.
