A common succulent with thick, fleshy leaves that forms rosettes. The time it takes to produce a fantastic terminal flower spike is up to ten years. The main plant perishes but produces several young "pups." Works as well when mass-planted in a tropical landscape or a feature pot as a statement. Some common names are Lions Tail Agave, Swans Neck Agave, Foxtail Agave, Century Plant and Succulent.
