The Hardenbergia violacea is a beautiful native climber or trailing plant with silvery olive green foliage and purple or white pea-shaped flowers that bloom from autumn through spring. This native plant is useful for covering slopes and walls. This vine has shallow roots and grows quickly, but it cannot withstand wet soil. Regular pruning will help shape and revitalise growth. Full sun is ideal for flowering, but also does well in part shade. This is a pretty native plant for your garden!
